| According to the practice of automation translation in the field of foreign literature, the translator completes the translation practice report. Automation refers to a process that in accordance with the requirements of people, through the automatic detection, information processing, analysis and judgment, steering control, achieve the desired objectives without prople or with less people anticipating. In view of the importance and influence of automation engineering fields, the translator should consider specificly and comprehensively of the need during translation project, consult certain expertises, and search information in extensive range. Thus, the translation is of difficulty. Writing this translation practice report and summarizing problems and strategies encountered in the translation process help the translator to improve the level of translation theory, to raise awareness of the importance of science and technology in English translation, and to improve the degree of specialization in English.This report consists of three parts: Introduction, Main body and Conclusion. The first part, Introduction, introduces some preparations made by the translator to ensure the quality of the translation, such as recognizing the stylistic feastures, gathering relevant information and laying out a translation plan. It also introduce two basic translation theories and their guiding value. At last, the translator talks about the importance of automated translation and the value of the translation in this field.The second part, Main body, consists of three chapters: the first chapter of the translation project covers the reasons for selection and the importance of translation in this field. The second chapter describes the preparation before the translation and proofreading after the translation. The third chapter analyzes specific cases encountered in the translation by using translation theories and skills and summarize the problems and drawbacks encountered in the translation.The third part, Conclusion, summarizes that only a translator with solid foundation of language, a rich cultural background and the spirit of perseverance could achieve a successful translation. |
