Chinese traditional culture is the national treasure of China, as well as thecultural prosperity and innovation foundation. Huaiyang NiNigou a unique form offolk culture on Fu Xi temple. Known as the Chinese primitive myth "livingsymbol" and "living specimen", Huaiyang NiNigou originating from the ancientmyths and legends, is the national and traditional culture of china.HuaiyangNiNigou experienced a long cultural history, for about thousands of years. Itsculture contains deep and broad meanings. NiNigou is a bright flower of Chinesetraditional folk culture. NiNigou culture has profound implications; it sets the myth,folk and entertainment in a body.According to the social and historicaldevelopment of the NiNigou, its cultural evolution is divided into three parts: theancient culture, modern culture and farming culture. The author intends to exploresomething concerning the NiNigou behind the profound cultural symbol. In Themodern times, NiNigou faced inheritance dilemma because of the change of itscultural soil.The author is aimed to describe and analysis the reason of the delimmaand putforward protection and development suggestions of NiNigou. According to the author, protecting traditional national culture is national and social responsibilities.The rearch on NiNigou is of significance. To begin with, it helps to promote localeconomic construction and enhance the cultural prosperity. Then, it can helppromote protection and development, of the national culture. Last but not least, itwill help the construction of modern harmonious society.
