Status Of The New Rural Culture Construction&Pondering On Its Development

To enforce the new rural culture construction is demanded by the construction of the well-off society. It is one of the embeded contents of and is one of the effective approaches to meeting parents’spiritual needs. This paper relates the importance of the new rural culture construction, analyzes its status and extisting issues, and brings forward the corresponding countermeasures. The author puts forward the view that we can better construct the new socialism rural culture with Chinese characteristics and reach comprehensive, harmounious and sustainable development in rural areas by well dealing with various relations and sovling issues in the new rural culture construction.This paper contains five chapters:Chapter Ⅰ Foreword. The author tells the reasons to choose this topic, and explains the background, the reason, the status and the methods of his research.Chapter Ⅱ The following seven aspects:for lifting parents’personal qualitites, enhanceing cohesion, promoting spiritual motivation, improving production, pushing democracy in rural areas, making higher the level of urbanization, and constructing a harmonious society.Chapter Ⅲ Status and existing issues in the new rural culture construction. The author relates the status of the new rural culture construction from the following five aspects:rural education, rural culture, rural moral construction, rural culture activities, and rural business development, and analyzes the existing issues from the following five aspects:less focus on the new rural culture construction, fewer public facilities, lower education level, lacking of specialty talents, and underdevelopment of culture resouces.Chapter Ⅳ Consideration on the new rural culture construction. The author bring forward the approaches to the new rural culture construction from the following seven aspects:better understanding of the new rural culture construction to set up a deep foundation, determining responsibilites to make an effective management, spending more to build public facilities, creating new management system to cultivate specialty talents, innovating the idea to make parents’ culture activities animated, using new methods to build the network of the new rural culture, and using new methods to speed the development of the new rural culture construction.
