Research On The Issue Of Rural Cultural Construction

Rural cultural construction is an important part of the strategy of rural revitalization,which is related to the development of rural economy and the construction of spiritual civilization.Although the rural cultural construction of our country in the development in recent years has made a breakthrough achievements and progress,but there are still many problems: lack of supply of public culture,cultural and sports facilities use efficiency is low,worn,lack of rural cultural talents,farmers' participation enthusiasm is not high.Therefore,this article takes the countryside of the A street in Qingdao as the research object,and takes the rural cultural construction as an example to make an analysis.The purpose of this study is that,through the analysis of Qingdao city streets of A rural culture construction,from the perspective of public management,combined with the theoretical research in this field at home and abroad,aiming at the existing problem of the rural cultural construction puts forward measures of perfecting system,rich talent team,update the cultural facilities such as strategy,rich in theory and practice of the construction of the grass-roots culture.
