"Yu" Double Object Sentence Of "a Dream In Red Mansions"

Taken "Yu" double object sentence of" a Dream in Red Mansions" as the research object, this paper analyses "Yu" double object sentence form structure, structure transformation, parts of speech of "Yu",and similarities and differences between "Yu" double object constructions and "Gei" double object sentence and so on, in addition, the thesis compares "a Dream in Red Mansions" and" Heroes of the Sons and Daughters" with using condition of "Yu" double object sentence in the modern Chinese.This thesis consists of six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part, the paper simply introduces the reason of choose the theme, start with research trends of "Yu" structure in "a Dream of Red Mansions" and" Gei" double object sentences.In the second chapter,"Yu" double object structure in "a Dream of Red Mansions" is divided into five basic types through the exhaustive study:"offer+N1+N2","; keep+N2+give+N1"," V offer+N1+N2","keep+N2+V offer+N1"," V1+N2+give+N1", and all types of sentences are comprehensively descript and thoroughly analysed.The third chapter: he problem of the part of speech of "Gei" and the double object sentence syntax and semantic in "Gei" double object structure of "a Dream of Red Mansions" are analysed. In these five formats, the word "Yu" in the two former formats, which belongs to the verb, but in the three latter formats,"Yu" has been weaked prepositions. About the part of speech of "Yu", we respectively analyzed "Yu" as a verb case,"Yu" and not express meaningful verbs circumstances,"Yu" and the verb meaning and form in the case of double object sentence syntax and semantic.The fourth chapter:the essay analyses the conversion of "Yu" double object formats in "a Dream of Red Mansions". More special are the two former formats in the five formats for the direct object without qualitative、the structure of word "Ba" predicate and restricted elements are not variable change, but the third format、the fourth and the fifth format can be transformed, because the " V+N1+N2" format in "a Dream of Red Mansions" is unique. Through discussion, this part analyses the pragmatic features of the word "Yu" double object sentences in " a Dream of Red Mansions.The fifth chapter:"a Dream of Red Mansions"、" Heroes of the Sons and Daughters"、the usage of the word "Yu""s double object sentence in modern Chinese and the usage of the word "Gei""s double object sentence were compared, in order to reveal the word "Yu""s double object sentence in "a Dream of Red Mansions" is unique.The sixth chapter is the conclusion part. It is a general comment on the study. Epilogue states the relevant questions that still need to be researched in the future.
