“Mangyuan” journal with its fighting passion to challenge the social reality rise inthe mid-1920s, becoming a literary positions can not be ignored in the development ofmodern Chinese literary. Cut from the perspective of modern media, not only to“Mangyuan” as a background and carrier of literary, but as subjects of literary existence,as essential component of the organism to develop modern literary, and as an importantway of modern scholars to participate in the social revolution to study, all haveimportant significance.The first chapter, mainly from the formation of the journal colleagues’ philosophy,practice aims and features of colleagues, to comb the “Mangyuan” founded-cased-change Journal of the life course-and then ceased. To analysis by means of modernmedia journal is how to build public opinion space, constitute the so-called the publicdomain of colleagues, from an important ideological and culture forces in this period.The second chapter, forming changes in stylistic choice of “Mangyuan” journal,reflecting the differents focus on colleagues’ philosophy in the weekly and fortnightlyperiods, the shift has a close relationship for intellectuals with the motivation to gain theright to speak by means of modern media. Through the analysis of the specific text, toshow the charming of expression from different literary styles in the journal; andthrough summarizing the focus of colleagues, to reflect the space of the journalposition.The third chapter, literature advertising through the whole process which fromstart-up, to growth, to peak, to end of “Mangyuan” journal. This chapter wills have adetailed interpretation for the advertising text in the journal, to judge the literatureadvertising in “Mangyuan” from two aspects of the cultural environment and consumerenvironment, to show the perfect combination which from “May4th”Culture andadvertising of economy, and reflect the strategy of advertising of the modern literaryjournals in the media operating mechanism of self-financing.The fourth chapter, compared “Mangyuan” and other literary journals in the sameperiod in the field of modern media, to show the individual character of the journal. “Mangyuan” journal has a attitude what to each other achievement of the journals andthe community, a unique editorial concept, and great accomplishment of literary, topractice the modern demands of the colleagues, contributed to the work of modernliterature and journals editing.
