China is a country with a large population, or a large agricultural country, village andpeasants living there play a consequential role to its transformation and retention. For quitesome time, peasants in China are living in a relevantly independent rural community and arerelevantly few interfered by the state power, but form a series of efficient rules, under whichvillagers in rural areas posses a kind of moral and behavioral mode that is quite differentfrom that possessed by citizens. Since the beginning of modernization and the disintegrationthe traditional rural rules, the "State-Rural Community" steps into its reconstructing phase.During the period of Kuomintang inflation, some capable person made great efforts to theland reform. The efforts by Agricultural Cooperation Movement of China and People’sCommune and Villagers’ Autonomy had proved the interaction between the state centralpower and rural orders from different goals and directions. Although, some previousscholars had mentioned that the state power dominate the process, but it dose not mean thatrural orders can be completely reconstructed. However, the present condition is thecombination of "power–order" and participation, which reveal the "acceptance" and"digestion" to the state power, as well as the special construction to the rural community. Therefore, the uniqueness of rural areas has become one of the most important aspects ofthe state construction under the requirement of city dominated construction.In1949, the foundation of the Republic of China led by the Communist Party of China(CPC) is an important event during the development of human society, after which a seriesof social reform brings great change to China. Through a succession of activities in theinitial phase, such as suppressing bandits, the Land Reform, the movement of repressingcounter revolution and People’s Commune Movement, CPC and the whole nation hadcontrolled the rural areas in an all-round way and reconstructed the rural orders in theaspects of military affairs, politics and ideology. But it can not be denied that rural areashave still remained some important characters, and the state power dose not play a veryobvious role on it. Under the background of revolution, rural areas have no momentouschange, except some minor events, however, this kind of revolution is the primaryreconstruction to the rural order. Meanwhile, the inside logic of revolution itself can pushrevolution to deeper layers. And the remained force in rural areas is resisting stubbornly, even if it is weak and fragile, but can not be neglected. For the strong intervention of thestate power and the remained force of rural area, the stubborn resistance had formed animage reflecting the fierce change of community order in rural areas right after liberation.
