Study On The Public Anti-Japanese Armed Forces In East Henan Yellow River Flood Area

In the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan, Huayuankou、Zhaokou incident happenedin June1938was undoubtedly a serious artificial disaster. After the dam burst, water of the YellowRiver flooded and created a Yellow River flood area consisting of44counties of the3provinces ofHenan, Anhui and Jiangsu and caused serious disaster. This paper’s research object is only for thecenter area of Yellow River flood: Eastern regions of Henan. Before the burstion of Huayuankoudam, most of the eastern counties of Henan province had been occupied. After the Yellow River’sdam burstion, the enemy’s rear area of the Eastern once caused the phenomenon of the politicalvacuum and social chaos, all kinds of the public anti-Japanese armed forces also swarmed into thesky. The Japanese invaders、KuoMinTang and the Communist Party of China three big political andmilitary power’s all paid attention to them when they actively fought with Japanese and bandits.Three parties all began to strive for using them for his services. In the meantime, the disintegrationand combination of them intensified by the three political sides policies influenced the course of theAnti-Japanese War to varying degrees. The Chinese Anti-Japanese War is a war that the wholenation extensively participate in. Few scholars have studied on the problem of the publicanti-Japanese armed forces during the early fall in the occupied areas. For the public spontaneouslyorganizing anti-Japanese armed forces that is vast and heterogeneous, the research on this aspect iseven less. For the research of the public anti-Japanese armed forces in East Henan Yellow Riverflood area, no one basically involved in this study. So far there has not a comprehensive study of thisregional about popular anti-Japanese war’s academic monographs.This paper bases on the military situation of the anti-Japanese war of the eastern Henan in1938-1939, mainly gives a simple classification comb about the emerging of all kinds of popularanti-Japanese armed forces in the Yellow River flood area, preliminarily discusses the relationshipsbetween all kinds of popular anti-Japanese armed forces and the Japanese Invaders、KuoMintang andthe Communist Party of China, the three big political and military forces ‘s at that time, trying tofind out their final destinations, trying to reproduce once in this period as an important role of thegeneral public of the eastern. This paper highlights the communist party in the eastern people’santi-Japanese armed struggle as an important leadership role. It is held in the dissertation thataccepting the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party is their best way to keep resistance againstJapanese behind enemy lines.
