Internet, it has rapidly changed people’s all aspects of traditional study and life. As the internet users of our nation continues to increase, teenagers especially the middle school students have been the major group of netizen. Although the internet made our life more fast and convenient, it also brought us some negative effect, where internet addiction disorder (IAD) is a good example. IAD may bring about many bad physiological characteristics to teenagers, such as vision decrease, biological clock disorder and neurasthenia. Some young people are too obsessed with online "man-machine" interaction to overlook the interpersonal relationship. Besides, the explosion-like network information will increase the psychological burden of the adolescents and even cause a lot of psychological barriers, such as the "information pollution syndrome". Therefore, facing to this serious social phenomenon of IAD, how to guide them to correctly understand and use the network, prevent young people indulging in it is an imminent thing. The author takes200students of H middle school in Xiantao city as the research object. Based on the Young’s internet addiction self-test scale, and add three impact factors of family, school and social to establish the youth internet questionnaire, using the basic description and crosstab statistical tools to analysis data. The survey results shows that family actors, school factors and social factors all influence the teenager’s internet addiction behavior, which is almost consistent with other studies. Among family factors, the addiction proportion in parental control families are higher than those whose parents support their children surfing the internet. Among school factors, attitude of the school towards the students accesses to the Internet, teachers’ care to the students and students’ interest in learning will not affect students’ internet addiction tendency, while the students’ achievements in the class and the number of classmates who can exchange inner thoughts with them is related to internet addiction tendency. Among social factors, the convenience of getting on the Internet is related to internet addiction tendency; the students who have a computer at home or internet bar nearby have higher addiction tendency. However, students’ friends in the social do not affect their addiction tendency. For the above survey results and based on the strength perspective, the author recommended that the families and schools should provide students with three important protective factors, which is caring relationship, high expected information and the opportunities of participation and contribution. Therefore, this paper lies in the fact that we no longer consider things confined to the perspective of problems but the angle of social work which based on the strength perspective:pay more attention to the gift and capability of the teenagers and combine strength perspective creatively with teenagers’ IAD, which is conducted to prevent teenagers from getting IAD and make them grow up healthy.
