The Research On Pan Deyu’s Theory Of Poetic Preach

Pan Deyu,who have made richful poetry theories,is a famous critic poet in the middle andlater period of Qing Dynasty.This thesis,based on some famous poetry works such as“Yang YiZhai Shi Hua”, is to study on Pan Deyu’s theory of poetic preach. It focuses on the theme ofpreach in poetry to deeply excavate and learn its theoretical values and connotation.Thesis includes introduction,main body and conclusion.The part of introduction mainlysummarises the research finding of Pan Deyu these years in order to demonstrate the value ofthis topic.The main body includes four chapters. In the first chapter I generalize his whole lifefrom“Imperial Examination”,“Wide circle of acquaintances and education” to “writing booksand setting up methods”. Mr. Pan spent his whole life in Imperial Examination,Wide circle ofacquaintances and writing amounts of books.In the second chapter, I date back the source and thechange of the content of education of poetry. It demonstrates the status of poetic preaching in histheory through statistics, and explores the Internal and external reasons of itsforming,Philosophical basis and theoretical support. The third chaper mainly analyses about theprinciple of the educational theory of Pan Deyu’s poetry. Mr. Pan insisted on that the poetryshould express ambitions and shouldn’t express evil,and took them as the right degree ofpoetry.He adhered to “Yang Su Feng Ya” and treated the spirit of " Feng Ya "as the life of poetry.He advocated that the nature of poetry was temperament and creatively put forward thetemperament of “Rou Hui Qie Zhi”. He insisted that Characters are the most important.Thefourth chapter discusses the art theory of Pan. Mr. Pan advocated that poetry must included threebeauties which were rich,natural and implicit.The part of conclusion concludes the wholeessay.The system of Pan DeYu’s theory of poetic preaching is made up of author theory,workthoery and art thoery.And the connotation of the system is reflected by personality, politicalpreaching and aesthetic. Although the system of Pan’s theory of poetic preach has its owndisadvantages, it is the synthesizer of the theory of poetic preach as it has a complete theorysystem and a rich connotation.
