With a conclusion of the shared points putting under the Humanistic thoughts in late Ming Dynasty, this paper wants to find out the particular aesthetics and values that show in the comments and their generation as well. The aesthetics and values that show in their comments are related with their pursuit of true, nature, Qu as well as the awakening life consciousness of their literature career. The comments on The Water Margin which signed by Lizhuowu and Jinshengtan not only have a high theoretical value but influent the creation and appreciation of the late literature works.Meanwhile, they promote the spread of the novel itself as well.
