The United States began to pay attention to the Okinawa during the War II. After the War II, the Okinawa became the hinge areas of annular region of US in west Pacific. And then, the United States began to rule Okinawa for27years. The United States military land problem became the key problem of Okinawa depositing plans. After nearly7years, this problem got a way to solve when both sides conducted in the mediation. Though the research of the Okinawa military land, we can not only reflect the transformation of American military policy in Okinawa after War H, also reflect the delicate relationship among the United States, Okinawa and Japan. This paper tried to draw lessons from domestic and international scholars’research work and on the basis of the original files. It used the breakthrough point of the formation process and specific content of American military policy. Through the specific analysis of the transformation of the American military policy, this paper reveals the transformation of American strategy in Japan and the change of the relationship among the United States, Okinawa and Japan.
