It compared Chinese animation and Japanese animation from point of view of innovation on text. The author reaches a conclusion according to the comparison between Japanese animation and Chinese animation that text innovation is the basic of Chinese animation development. The foundation of text create are analyzing the features of comic and cartoon clearly and deeply, and study the factors influencing innovation. And therefore, firstly, the paper elaborates the process of comic transmitting message and affection to the readers and dissects the visual features and text features of comic.
