Objective:Studies have shown that the mental health of students is not optimistic.During recent ten years, the effect of NaiKan Therapy (NaiKan Therapy, NT) on the correction of teenagers’ behavior and mental health education was confirmed in Japanese psychology. NaiKan Cognitive Therapy (NaiKan Cognitive Therapy, NCT) did adjustment and improvement on the environment, time, content, making it easier to be accepted by modern Chinese and distinguish and strengthen the correction of non-rational cognition, further enhance the therapeutic effect of psychological therapy. The clinical practice of NCT on the psychological and behavior problems demonstrated that, NCT could greatly promote the mental health of teenagers. Thus the mechanism of NCT was more deeply explored, providing effective scientific evidence for clinical manipulation, and further exploring the mental therapy and mental health methods proper for modern college students. Methods:During April,2010,120volunteers from Tianjin medical university students were enrolled and randomly divided into three groups by table of random number:NCT, NT and control groups. The informed consent was achieved in all the120members. The assessment was done at two timepoints, one week and one year after intervention, the tools for assessment included SCL-90,ABS, SES, FNE, PSSS, IBS and MCQ.Results:118college students entered the result analysis in the study,39ones in NCT group,39ones in NCT group and40ones in control group entered the result analysis.①We found there were significant differences between pre-treatment and pro-treatment in the total score of SCL-90and all factor scores in NCT group and NT group. Anxiety factor scores following-up intervention decreased significantly compared with that of pre-intervention pre-treatment and pro-treatment in NCT group.②ABC total score after and following-up intervention decreased significantly compared with that of pre-intervention (P=0.025/P=0.033) in NCT group.Positive emotion factor scores after and following-up intervention increased significantly compared with that of pre-intervention (P=0.000/P=0.037) in NCT group.③Aftar intervention,SES total score decreased significantly compared with that of pre-intervention in NCT group(P=0.000)and NT group(P=0.000); One year after intervention, SES total score significantly decreased in NCT group(P=0.004)and NT group(P=0.000); One year after intervention, there was significant difference in SES total score between NCT group and control group (P=0.010)and between NT group and control group(P=0.001).④Aftar intervention and one year after intervention,FNE score decreased significantly compared with that of pre-intervention in NCT group (P=0.000/P=0.000); furthermore, FNE score occurred significant decrease afrer intervention (P=0.002) in NT group; After intervention, there was significant difference in FNE total score between NCT group and control group (P=0.006); One year after intervention, there was significant difference between NT proup and control group (P=0.008).⑤PSSS total score was significantly higher in NCT group pro-intervention and follow-up than that of pre-intervention(P=0.000/P=0.022);Furthermore, PSSS total score was significantly lower follow-up than pro-intervention; Other support factor score was significantly higher in NT group pro-intervention than that of pre-intervention (P=0.006).⑥IBS total score and Overview of reviews,Low frustration patience,Absolute requirement factor scores were significantly lower in NCT group pro-intervention than that of pre-intervention (P=0.000/P=0.000/P=0.001/P=0.001)and follow-up than that of pre-intervention (P=0.000/P=0.011/P=0.016/P=0.000); Absolute requirement factor scores were significantly lower in NCT group follow-up than pro-intervention (P=0.001); The Low frustration patience factor scores was significantly lower in NT group pro-intervention than that of pre-intervention (P=0.002)and follow-up than that of pre-intervention (P=0.050); After intervention, Overview of reviews and Awful factor scores were significantly lower NCT group than control group (P=0.007/P=0.007); One year after intervention, IBS total score was significantly lower NCT group than in control group (P=0.013).⑦MCQ total score and Uncontrollability and danger, Need to control thoughts factor scores were significantly lower in NCT group pro-intervention than that of pre-intervention (P=0.004/P=0.002/P=0.001)and follow-up than that of pre-intervention (P=0.004/P=0.049/P=0.029); MCQ total score and Cognitive confidence factor scores were significantly lower in NT group pro-intervention than that of pre-intervention (P=0.015/P=0.003)and follow-up than that of pre-intervention(P=0.010/P=0.027); After intervention, MCQ total score and Uncontrollability and danger, Need to control thoughts factor scores were significantly lower NCT group than control group (P=0.005/P=0.001/P=0.011), furthermore, Uncontrollability and danger and Need to control thoughts factor scores were significantly lower NT group than control group (P=0.008/P=0.039).⑧NCT group Psychosomatic symptoms improve long-term (one year) efficacy and fear deny the improvement, IBS Overview of reviews factor points to improve significantly correlated.
