This study aims to analyze the effect of intensive Naikan therapy on reconstruction of social support system for compulsory drug addicts,so as reveal the mechanism of action of intensive Naikan therapy on the support system of compulsory drug addicts and construct a dynamic experiencing model of intensive Naikan therapy for the compulsory drug addicts.Twelve compulsory drug addicts from a compulsory isolation detoxification in Jiangsu Province attended the intervention of intensive Naikan therapy.In-depth interview and individual object analysis were used to collect the original data of the compulsory drug addicts.Analyze the transcription data through grounded theory and coding by QSR Nvivo11.0 in order to construct a pre-therapy model,under-therapy model,after-therapy model and constructdynamic experience model on support system for compulsory drug addicts.The results showed that:(1)The intervention haseffectively improved the understanding ability of social support for drug addicts,reconstructed the social support system,and made drug addicts firm their determination to detoxification.(2)Through qualitative research,we can construct a dynamic model of social support system and revealed the mechanism of intensive Naikan therapy in reconstructing the social support system of drug addicts.
