Drug abuse is a global problem that not only seriously damages the physical and psychological status of drug abusers, but also causes serious economic, ethical and public health problems. In the past 30 years, many researchers at home and abroad in the field of addiction treatment has conducted further study, which has made some progress in pharmacotherapy, transcranial magnetic intervention and Surgery. In despite of the progress,it is difficult to solve high relapse rate.At the same time, drug abusers are increasing year by year, thus it is urge to find solution to reduce the drug abusers' heart addiction. In this study,we took female drug abuser who were forced to quit as research objects,to explore the effect and mechanism of Naikan Cognitive Therapy(NCT)on drug craving of female drug abuser and to construct a psychological intervention more suitable for female drug abuser' withdrawal mode theoretically and operationally. This study was composed of two studies: development of the Naikan harmonious cognition questionnaire(NHCQ)and the NCT intervention of drug craving in female drug abusers.Based on the theory of Naikan cognition therapy, this study put forward the concept of Naikan harmonious cognition in Chinese culture. The items of Naikan harmonious cognition was collected through the analysis of 180volumes?Naikan harmonious cognition?,combined with literature analysis, personal interview and expert group discussion,.A questionnaire survey was conducted among1107 college students, items analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted to analyze the validity and reliability of NHCQ.The validity of the questionnaire was investigated by using the Chinese version of the general health questionnaire-12(GHQ-12)and the cognitive flexibility Inventory(CFI)as the criterion validity. The NHCQ is composed of 22 items, including sense of contributing achievement, sense of attaining happiness, sense of unrewarding guilt, sense of rewarding satisfaction and sense of affiliated solidarity. The Cronbach's ? of the total scale and the five dimensions was between 0.68 and 0.89,the retestreliability was between 0.56 and 0.84.The NHCQ scores were negatively correlated with GHQ-12 scores(r=-0.22~-0.42),while positively correlated with CFI scores(r=0.19~0.38).In the second study, the selected female drug abusers on compulsory detoxification who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to two groups, including 30 in the intervention group and 30 in the control group. All the conditions were the same except the intervention methods(NCT intervention in the intervention group and conventional education correction in the control group).A scale test was conducted before and after intervention to evaluate the effect of intervention. After the intervention, compared with the conventional education and correction group(control group),NCT intervention had better clinical effects on female drug abusers' Naikan harmonious cognition, anhedonia and drug craving. The chain mediating effect of Naikan harmonious cognition and anhedonia between NCT intervention and drug craving was significant. The effect value was-0.11,and the 95% bootstrap confidence interval of was between-0.28 and-0.02.Based on the above results,we conclude that NHCQ has a good reliability and validity, which can effectively measure the individual's Naikan harmonious cognition.NCT intervention affects the level of drug craving of female drug abusers on compulsory detoxification through the chain mediating effect of Naikan harmonious cognition and anhedonia.
