National education is an important part of education system in China.AS amulti-ethnic country, education plays an irreplaceable role between every nationalpeaceful coexistence common development process in china, and bilingual educationfor inheritance and development the important task of each nation language and culture,based in education occupies an important position. Especially in the21st century, alongwith the quickening of the process of our country’s modernization, the national languageand culture inheritance faced with a variety of challenges, Chinese bilingual educationof the people of the growing importance reality emerges.Mongolian nationality is one of the ten indigenous peoples in heilongjiangprovince, mainly lived in speeded nationality autonomous county. This paper take thecultural ecology theory perspective, using various research methods, combined with thefield investigation, for rational thinking of the SanJuOu Mongolian language of choicefor the cultural and ecological factors, and put forward the corresponding strategies.The introduction of this part, briefly discusses the research of the origin, topicpurpose and meaning; the domestic and foreign research current situation; the researchmethods and research theoretical basis.The first chapter: to summarize the Mongolian nationality autonomous county’sbilingual education development history, namely into initial stage, tortuous developmentstage, stagnant recovery stage, and to continue the development stage of five stages.The second chapter: respectively from the social basis, the school and the familyaspects, show the Mongolian nationality autonomous county speeded the presentsituation of the bilingual education. Among them the social basis, from governmentpolicies and national ecological environment angles; In school, from school hardwarefacilities, the school leader to Chinese bilingual education by the attitude, teachingmode and courses, teachers’ view of aspects; Family, from parents the intermarriage ofstatus, parents have Chinese bilingual education of the attitude and family situation andso on language discussed by SanJuOu Angle Chinese bilingual education presentsituation. The third chapter: from the cultural ecology theory perspective, separately fromthe national language policies and regulations guiding function, economic type changeto the national psychology influence, social culture changes to national language, effectsof intermarriage native language environment in lack of multidimensional rationalinterpretation by Chinese bilingual education SanJuOu.The forth chapter: in the analysis of current situation and rational thinking, andon the basis of put forward the following Suggestions: improve policies and regulationsconstruction; To strengthen the construction of the bilingual teachers; Pay attention tothe development of the bilingual teaching material; Build bilingual environment; InHave Pre-school Chinese bilingual education.
