In this paper, we try to investigate systematically on the structure of "disyllabic adverb+shi" in contemporary Chinese language. We consider the structure of "disyllabic adverb+shi" presents two grades in contemporary Chinese: un-lexicalization and lexicalization. The lexicalization phase includes low-level one and high-level one due to the different representations of syntactic function、format semantic and pragmatic function. We deem that "disyllabic adverb+shi" is becoming increasingly subjective, its tendency is to be a discourse marker which presents the speaker’s subjective appraisal. Explain the research scope and the data source.Chapter Ⅱ, The lexicalization and subjectivization of "disyllabic adverb+shi".From the perspective of diachronic grammaticalization, we trace back to the development process of "disyllabic adverb+shi":un-lexicalization then low-grade lexicalization then high-grade lexicalization. In particular, cross layer syntactic function to the constitution of focus senstitive operator and focus marker then discourse marker. We divide specifically on the grades of "XXshi" consider of the different representations of semantics、syntactics and the pragmatics. Make comparison between the two grades of lexicalization from the aspect of syntactic position syntactic function、the subject of the sentence、the emergence of context and the voice performance.Chapter Ⅲ, The illocutionary force identification of "XXshi".We deem that "XXshi"of the high-level lexicalization is one kind of illocutionary force indicating devices (IFIDs) which indicate the illocutionary force. The illocutionary force of "XXshi" includes the representatives、the expressives and the directives.Considering of the illocutionary act intention’s intensity、the method of realization of illocutionary act and the true strength condition, we give a specific analysis of similarities and differences of "tebieshi"、"youqishi"Chapter IV, The similarities and differences between "XX" and "XXshi"We make comparisons between "XX" and "XXshi" in the aspect of syntactic position、semantics and pragmatics. We give an initial solution to the following questions:In what condition "shi" can ellipsis? In what condition "shi" must exsit?Chapter V, Conclusion. The value and defects of this paper were summarized.
