This article is about a theoretical research topic associated with the cultivation of professional early childhood teachers for music accomplishment. Early childhood teachers are the first person whom the people to meet with for school education. They should not only satisfy the basic and reasonable requirement from the kids, but also need to help kids gain the happy subjective experience during the growth. This paper discusses how to improve the teachers’ music accomplishment, and talks about how to teach the music reasonably in kindergarten education so that the children can gain comprehensive knowledge, healthy aesthetic feeling, reasonable social skills and happy self realization. The author elaborates the importance of music accomplishment for the teachers as well as the main reason why we need to improve it greatly through the intensive investigation and research. The paper also puts forward the practical solutions of how to cultivate the teachers and improve their accomplishment effectively.The article contains six parts. In the preface, the author states the significance of children’s art education and current situation of music education in China for preschool children as well as their music life, and the importance of focusing on teacher’s music aesthetic improvement. In the following, the paper states the theory and practical research of the music accomplishment cultivation for professional early childhood teachers from multiple layers:the role definition for the teachers in music education; the music accomplishment for professional teacher training; the strategy for improving teachers’capability of music education; the practical measurements for teachers’ preschool music education. By learning from the relevant field from oversea, the author tries to investigate the best appropriate mode which fits the music education for the teachers in China with theories so that it can benefit the field of preschool teacher education for music.
