| A branch of music education on the development of music tea ching is a comprehensive teaching there has been debate. In today1s society increasingly diversified and advocating quality-oriented ed ucation, A comprehensive ability is more important to deal with problems. Researchers in the practical work found a lot of seconda ry vocational school teachers don’t pay attention to the young teac hers and students’comprehensive ability, and working characteristic s of the young teachers and students to determine their needs stron g music comprehensive abilities. In this paper were expounded fro m four aspects:The first part of the article for the introduction, m ainly from the problems found in the actual teaching examines the necessity of cultivating music comprehensive ability, then defining the relevant concepts of music comprehensive abilities, has combe d the domestic and foreign research present situation and the corre sponding research plan. The article second part mainly from the co ncept of quality education and the current preschool education in t he interpretation of national policy and program, constituent elemen ts of music comprehensive abilities, from the Angle of psychology, culture, philosophy, construct the theory basis of this thesis, descr ibed in zhijiang normal school, for example music comprehensive ability training. The article third part mainly analyzes the current s tatus of the teaching of what are the problems and reasons. The f ourth part on the basis of the analysis is put forward in this paper, the corresponding decision making and for music education thinki ng.
