One of the reasons why I’m focusing on finding effective auxiliary materials anddelivering persuasive information using computer software is that my major in the universitywas computer science. When studying International Chinese Education in Shanghai NormalUniversity, I found lots of professors&teachers are using presentation materials to delivertheir knowledge and messages in class to students but there are a number of problems inpresentation files and the files may have undue effect on students. I’ve collected eachprofessor’s class materials and taken pictures and proceeded with analysis of materials. Afteranalyzing contents and way of designing, not only escalating better solutions but alsosuggesting tips which help professors and teachers enhance their skills in materials.This paper is configured with five chapters.Chapter One mainly states the purpose of research and significance of selected topic andalso introduces the predecessors’research findings.Chapter Two introduces the current problems in normally spread auxiliary materials inclass and causes. I’ve escalated various types of examples and classified existing problems ineach picture. In each picture, I’ve displayed each picture and proceeded in analyzing hardwith intuitive thinking and then moved into analysis of causes. And I’ve also showed thecorrelation between bad samples and effects of study.Chapter Three addresses how to skills and how to means specifically based on theauxiliary materials which have problems both design and delivery skills. To begin withChapter Three introduces all the tips and how to shortly. After brief introduction, I’ve applied enhanced both design and delivery skills in class materials for Chinese education. Chapterthree mainly consists of three parts. First, making stories. Second, designing contents.Third, delivery skills. In the part of story-making, the things professors and teachersshould do are to set the object of class, analyze students, set the killing message of the class,collecting data, create scenario focusing on what to deliver. In fact, making stories is one ofthe most important factors in preparing class materials using multimedia. The abovestatement starts with all the professors and teacher are good at using multimedia (here in afterspecialized in Microsoft Powerpoint).The ability which can express the contents of class,killing messages on a powerpoint slide is connected with designing contents process.Designing contents comes after story-making process. Designing slides is just a procedurewhich reflects the created stories onto slides. When professors and teachers design slides,they should consider several factors such as fonts, colors, pictures and shapes, animationeffect and so on. The last one in the chapter is delivery skills. After designing slides,professors and teachers should present the contents in slide properly and skillfully. In theprocess of presentation, factors that professors and teachers should be careful on are warmingup and ice breaking, communication with students before class, tools and places, askingquestions etc….All the factors above are firmly related with each other.Chapter Four talks about problems preparing class materials. There are various causesof problems preparing class. There are no professors and teachers who can prepare the classmaterials using multimedia without a problem. In Chapter Four, problems which may behappened will be discussed and suggestions will be recommended. Chapter Five summarizesthe whole paper. In Chapter Five, all the main points in previous chapters will be summarizedand suggestions will be recommended.
