After Emperor Shun died in Jiuyi Mountain，Jiuyi Mountain gradually becamethe foundation of Chinese culture, and cultural heritage became increasingly deep. Ithad a great influence on the reason of creation, content and aesthetic characteristics ofJiuyi Mountain poetry, drove Jiuyi Mountain poetry creation, and made poets fromdifferent dynasties write a lot of brilliant poetries about Jiuyi Mountain. The articlecollects a lot of poetry different dynasties about Jiuyi Mountain or the objects of JiuyiMountain in the core of Emperor Shun, and they are taken as the object of study. Itcombs the development of Jiuyi Mountain poetries from Shanggu to Qing dynasty, andstudies ideological content and artistic characteristics of Jiuyi Mountain Poetry fromthree stages: pre-Tang, Tang and Song dynasties and Yuan Ming Qing dynasties. Thisarticle is divided into three parts.In the Pre-Tang times, the Jiuyi Mountain poetry is divided into tribute poems,hearting poems and other parts by content, which includes a small number oflandscape poems, histrionic poems, farewell poems. The artistic characteristic isanalyzed from two aspects: the language and the form. The language refers to the styleof simplicity of poetry, reduplicated words and tone words widely used in the poetry.And the form means multiple types, just as "song","Chanting Poems"," ci"," bei".The structure of sentences mainly adopts four words, infrequently adopts three words,and six words, seven words, complex words.Jiuyi Mountain gradually becomes independent aesthetic object and accesses toperspective of poet when in the period of Tang Song dynasties. The poem ofdescribing scenery is large in number and rich in content. The poetry of chantsentiment from Emperor Shun and Jiuyi Mountain becomes the important content ofpoem in this period. Because of age, artistic characteristics of poems have stronglyphilosophic meaning. At the same time, With the influence of the culture of JiuyiMountain, the poems, which evolved from the stories, such as the death of EmperorShun in Jiuyi Mountain and two princesses dying for love, have strong tragic color.In Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, the poetry contents of Jiuyi Mountain isdivided into traveling poems, landscape poems, histrionic poems, and travelingpoems are more than others in quantity. The most significant characteristic is theappearance of long poem, and it tends to the style of “Take the poems as prose”. In addition, because of the influence of Tao culture, poetry had greatly changed, andfairy things, fairy image, fairy story related with Tao culture are flourished in thepoetry.
