In the rich Chinese art treasure house, traditional opera art occupy an important and unique position. Opera is a comprehensive art, which combining music, dance and drama. Developing in the absorption of a variety of folk music and art, it has the characteristics of instrumental music, singing, dance, performance and spoken parts in the opera with the unique feature of Chinese nation. Located in the eastern coast of China down the Yellow River, Shandong Province is one of the birthplaces of Chinese culture. Shandong peninsula protrudes between the Bohai Sea and Yellow with Liaodong Peninsula across the sea; and the inner part borders on Hebei, Henan, Jiangsu and Anhui Province. Shandong Opera has a long and rich history with dozens of popular categories, such as the four ancient drama" Southern Kim, Northern Yi, Eastern Liu, Western Bang" praised by Chinese theater. As a flower drum popular in the bordering area of Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan and Anhui provinces, siping tune was formed in the late1940s and gradually became a new type of local drama. As an excellent type of local drama, siping tune was widely known and loved by the majority of Jinxiang people. It was elected the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage approved by the state council in2006.In the autumn of1930. headed by Zou Yuzhen, Wang Hanchen, Du Xueshi, Zhen Youming and Pang Shiwen, the flower drum social class went north to Jinan in Shandong province and was called "Daxing Class". In1945, they began the research work of flower drum to the accompaniment of string music and successfully made the first "flat" singing in siping tune. In the autumn of1952, approved by Jinxiang People’s Government, Jinxiang Qianjin Theater was set up by Liu Yuzhi, Zhou Weiren, Du Xueshi and other people and later renamed Jinxiang Siping Tune Theater. The opera troupe had participated in many Shandong drama observation and joint performance and had a good reputation in modern provincial drama observation which expanded the influence of siping tune as a new type of drama. After the peak of1950s and1960s, the performance market of siping tune gradually shrunk and the troupe could not make ends meet. Combined with the temporary shortage of actors, Jinxiang Siping Tune Theater was withdrawn in1988.Generated among the people, siping tune has a strong feature of folk art. It was created by country artists not by scholars and literati thus had a strong country flavor. It came from the flower drum and is thus the aftersound of folk flower drum which has a history of thousands of years. After the dissolution of Jinxiang Siping Tune Theater, the original staff did not give up their love on siping tune. In their spare time they gathered in the square to play with the accompaniment of band and the audience who loved siping tune watching. Especially in the evening, the kind voice can be heard every day from the square. In recent years, Jinxiang has began to attach importance to the protection of traditional culture and planned to redevelop and strengthen siping tune. As a member of Jinxiang family, I have the responsibility and obligation to make my small contribution for the arts of my hometown. As the effect of the specific implementation of protection in the town was not obvious after Jinxiang siping tune was elected national intangible cultural heritage, this paper analyzes and reflects Jinxiang siping tune through the introduction of siping tune and the combination of the situation of Jinxiang county.
