A Research Of The Development Of Village Culture Heritage In He Bu County

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that in the construction of a new countryside,the development of cultural relics should be strengthened.In 2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council formally issued the Opinions on the Implementation of the Strategy for Rural Rejuvenation,which marked that China's rural development and development cause has entered a new chapter.In implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,promoting the protection and development of rural cultural heritage is an important part of it.Rural cultural heritage has not only its historical value,but also rich artistic value.With the improvement of transportation infrastructure and the continuous improvement of people's quality of life,rural tourism has become a major living choice for many urban residents.By stimulating the local tourism economy and increasing the interaction between the countryside and the outside world,rural cultural heritage can be more effectively transmitted and inherited.In this context,it is undoubtedly important to study the protective development of rural cultural heritage.Hebu Township is located in Linchuan District,Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province.It now preserves tangible cultural heritage resources such as large traditional houses,temples,etc.,and has rich historical stories and intangible cultural heritage resources,such as traditional crafts and folklore,which can well reflect Jiangnan's Material culture and spiritual culture.Therefore,this article takes Hebu Township as the research object,and studies the protective development of cultural heritage resources in the development of traditional rural tourism.This research first clarified the related concepts,and expounded the relevant theoretical basis of the research in terms of sustainable development,new rural construction,and rural revitalization strategies.Then based on the field survey and historical data collection of Hebu Township,the rural cultural heritage and development status of the township are introduced.After conducting a PEST and SWOT analysis on the development of Hebu Township's cultural heritage,it was found that there are some problems in the development of Hebu Township's cultural heritage,including:insufficient protection of cultural heritage,small regional differences,inadequate ideological understanding,and development.Contradictions,lack of professional guidance and management,weak economic foundation,difficulty in raising funds,long-term lack of attention to low brand awareness,etc.Finally,combining the theoretical foundation with the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of the internal and external environment,the concepts and principles of Hebu Township's cultural heritage are proposed,which mainly include the principles of protection,coordinated development,green ecology,and sustainable development.In addition,in order to further develop the cultural heritage of Hebu Township,a number of specific countermeasures are proposed,mainly including sorting out cultural heritage resources and digging for resource values,developing and coexisting to create cultural experience tourism products,leveraging multiple market means and location characteristics,and creating multiple financing channels and enhancements.Support funds to improve the quality of villagers to achieve sustainable development,strengthen publicity and marketing and establish a cultural image..
