Dong Zhongshu, a famous master in the study of Confucian classics, learned the biography of gongyang in his youth, and became doctor in the era of hanjing emperor. When hanwu emperor controlled the country, Dong Zhongshu was well-known in the Countermeasures of Recommending Talented people admired by the ruler. As for that, Dong Zhongshu undertook the jiangdu minster, a few years later,he became a minster of jiaoxi king. When he was old, he refused any official position because of illness."Chun Qiu Fan Lu", the most representative book of Dong Zhongshu, reflected his complex ideas with the most concentrated expression which primarily include the Yin-Yang and catastrophist ideas, the theory of correspondence between man and universe. Except that, the social ethic theory is the major component of the ideas. Above these aspects, previous studies have made great achievements in them. However, there are also have some new perspectives to research, that is, the internal and microscopic perspectives of the writing itself. Natural images as one of the most important and typical breakthrough should deserve some concern."Chun Qiu Fan Lu", a book contains a large number of natural images, constitute a large database, and give full play to their respective functions, so it can build a relatively complete system of interpretation. This article is based on the statistics and analysis of natural images, focusing on the cultural implication of these natural images. The cultural implication is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:manifestation of the concept of Auspicious and Catastrophic, reflection of equivalence to morality and the legacy of the original religious ideas. Throughout the whole chapter, explore the thinking behind the features of how to choose the natural images is another important element of this paper. Together, these natural images have their own connotations. The majority of these images can also be arranged and combined and form a tight network that enveloped their philosophy.
