This research is based on Solomon and Rothblum’s Academic Procrastination questionnaire and The background of domestic secondary vocational students to formation Medium Vocational Students’Academic Procrastination Questionnaire,which is made up of medium vocational students of academic procrastination’s current situation and the reason of medium vocational students acdemic procrastination’s. The questionnaire has36questions, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire is good. At the same time, The study of relation among medium vocational students’academic procrastination, time management disposition and achievement motivation. The main result is following:1. The results of the present situation of academic procrastination in medium vocational students show the following.①The present situation of academic procrastination in medium vocational students are at the medium level.②The tendency of academic procrastination is not very high on the different tasks in medium vocational students.③Boys are more easily delay the general knowledge course homework than girls.④Non-only child have more academic procrastination in the school and class’s task.⑤There are significant differences between different places in the general knowledge course homework task.⑥There are significant differences between different grades in the general knowledge course homework task, the special knowledge course homework task and in the school and class’s task.⑦There are significant differences between different scores in all task.2. The results of the reasons of academic procrastination in medium vocational students show the following.①The academic procrastination of medium vocational school students are mainly influenced by self-mangement, stress tolerance and self-esteem.②There are significant differences between boys and girls in stress tolerance and task characteristics.③There are significant differences between different scores in decisiveness and task characteristics.3. The results of relationship among academic procrastination, time management disposition and achievement motivation in medium vocational students show the following.①Academic procrastination has significant negative correlation with time management disposition, and all the time management disposition’s total score,the sense of time control and time self-efficacy have significant negative prediction on academic procrastination.②Academic procrastination has significant postive correlation with achievement Motivation and motivation for success,but has negative correlation with avoid failure motivation. All factors have significant prediction on academic procrastination.
