Review The Life’s Value From Death

The researches for depiction of death in the Chinese modern&contemporary fairy tales, is a literary exploration for the death cognitive education of children. It reviews the process of life and points out the sense of life. However, the relevant systematic research is insufficient. Therefore, this project is based on the Chinese modern fairy tales, discovers the development of the depiction of death, find the different meaning and discusses on the value respects both life and death. This kind of research can be used as reference for the creation and appreciation of fairy tales, as well as the life education for children.Fairy tales, as a branch of children’s literature, has been through three transitions:The Literary Enlightenment of the May Fourth movement period. The1930s revolution of saving-"17years" return to art period, and new era of the1980s and1990s. The depiction of death in May Fourth movement period shows two tendencies, which include the punishment of evil and revelation of suffering, in order to indicate all kinds of social darkness. Around the1930s to the time of the foundation of People’s Republic of China, so called "17Years", was formulaic, simplistic, and political works were the main theme of the fairy tale of the two periods. After the1980s and1990s, the education concept of "children standard" revived again.The fairy tale’s themes, style, taste, etc, all of them went different levels of development and expansion. The depiction of death was no longer just focus on class struggle of good and evil opposition and poor suffering, instead, further excavation to grow. The live, natural themes closer to the child perspective.There are basically four death types of fairy tale characters-punitive death, dedicated to death, catastrophic death, and survival of death. Various types of death have a different value at different times, showing a real, introspective, and diversification and development characteristics. Various types of death have meaning behind the performance of different demands of the creation of text, from the depiction of death as a sound transmission tool, diversified interpretation of death, the development to the death as a natural law, the author to death means control to absence, also makes the expression of the meaning of death to be more diversified. It can not only bear the moral sense, can also show more levels of aesthetic care. The aesthetic significance of the death relies on individual self narration, the value of subjective and objective purpose to achieve, the depiction of death in general shows a soft, lofty aesthetic spirit. The depiction of death in the infiltration of love, beyond their own, shows the depth of the ultimate meaning of life, consideration of the independence, integrity and equality of life of all things, to question and reflect on human beings, the evolution of the interpretation of the meaning of life and filling.Children’s fairy tale for depiction of death, and focuses on the shaping and reflection on the meaning of life, to promote and facilitate the dual understanding of human and world, bring a breath of fresh air for the adult literature obsessing with deconstruction and the alienation, and complete the interpretation for the meaning of life.
