Policeofficers is a big pressure, high risk factor occupation,and their mental health has been the focus of attention of expertsandscholars.First, on the ba-sis of literaturereview andinterviews, thesurvey,self-a questionnaire measuring the sourceofstress for policeofficers, and then use the self policemen StressorQuestionn aireand WaysofCopingQuestionnaire,"JobSatisfaction Question nairerand-omlyselected representative sampleoffacilitiesmeasured in accordance with the res ultsobtained by thequestionnairesurvey and combined with informationcollected by the typical caseinterview, policeofficers fromdifferentbackgrounds, stressors, copin gstylesand jobsatisfaction wereanalyzed toexplorethe publicsecuritypolice sourceof stress andcopingstyleon jobsatisfaction, analysisof the policeofficers ofthe sourcofs tress, copingstyle predict jobsatisfaction, and lastfor policeofficers to put forward some tentative suggestions.In this study, the following results:1.Preparationofagood sourceofstress questionnaire for police officers more in line with this group of police officers, its reliability and validity index.2.the stresslevels of the policeofficers onthewhole higher; theresponse of the p oliceofficers tend to use negative copingstyle;in the lower-middle levelof overall jo bsatisfaction of police officers. 3.policemen sourceofstress, copingstyleand jobsatisfaction to be affected by the impact of demographic variables, different sex, age, police age, marital status, by level of education and of the police, there are significant differences.4.the source of stress and coping style of the police officersthereis asignificant positivecorrelation, the the policemenpressure source affect its response5.policemen dealwith theway and work satisfaction degree existswith diffent levels of the relevant relationship, in which a positiveresponseto theway with job-satisfaction situation exists with asignificant positive related to thenegative respons eto the way andwork satisfaction degreeof existence with asignificant negativecorr-elation, the response of thepoliceofficers affect their job satisfaction.6.the sourceofstress andjobsatisfaction of policeofficers thereare significant ne gativecorrelationbetweenthe policemenstressors affect job satisfaction.7.
