Gratitude is a positive emotion that an individual experiences a kind of grateful affectives after getting help from others, which accompanies the willingness and behavior attempting to make a return. Subjective well-being is an overall evaluation on the quality of life of the individual according to the standards set by himself. Both are the important research field of positive psychology. College graduate student not only is the future builder of our country, but also is the special group who bears greater physical and mental stress. Therefore, It will be important, in theory and practice, to explore it’s status and relationship between gratitude and subjective well-being of college graduate. Meanwhile, the research also provides the scientific basis for management of universities. To analyse the explicit and implicit gratitude, the characteristics of subjective well-being of university graduate and their relationship, the research randomly measures85graduate students from two universities in Wuhu with multidimensional gratitude scale revised by Sun Wengang, the happiness index scale compiled by Campell, the emotional scale compiled by Bradburn, the overall life satisfaction scale compiled by Diener, and the implicit association test procedure compiled by E-Prime platform as measurement tools. The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.There are the sense of implicit gratitude and implicit subjective well-being among College graduate.2.The explicit and implicit gratitude of College graduate has significant difference in Gender and residence, The scores of female students are higher than that of male students, and rural students are higher than that of city students. The sense of implicit and explicit subjective happiness has significant difference in Gender and residence. The scores of male students are higher than that of female students, and rural students are higher than that of city students.3.The explicit and implicit gratitude has significant difference in whether the only child or not, and the scores of not only children are higher than only children. The sense of implicit and explicit subjective happiness in this dimension has no significant difference.4.The explicit and implicit gratitude of College graduate has no significant difference in grade, neither ddoes the sense of implicit and explicit subjective happiness.5. There is a large correlation between the implicit gratitude and explicit gratitude. There is significant correlation bitween the implicit gratitude and subjective well-being.
