As the core of Positive psychology, Subject well-being(SWB) influences people's mental health and is the hot topic of the psychological research filed. Under this background, this paper uses both the measures of implicit social cognition and self-report measures to explore the underlying process by comparing these two kinds of measures. Besides, this paper examines the relationship between SWB and mental health with the approach of implicit social cognition. This research, on the one hand, enriches the theoretical results of the study of SWB, on the other provides some reference and enlightenment for the college students'mental health education.109 college students were tested though questionnaire and experiment on the relationship between SWB and mental health:Research 1: This research attempts to make a confirmation research on the relation between implicit SWB and explicit SWB with construct equation.Research 2: This research attempts to make a confirmation research on the relation between implicit mental health and explicit mental health with construct equation.Research 3: This study discuss the interaction between the SWB and mental health. The main findings show that:(1) Implicit SWB and implicit mental health actually existed and there was significant implicit self-esteem effect, which characteristic appeared that individuals tended to connect themselves with positive categories or things , yet connect others with negative categories or things.(2)SWB is shown a model of dual components which involve an implicit component,i.e., implicit SWB, and an explicit component, i.e., explicit SWB.(3)mental health is shown a model of dual components which involve an implicit component,i.e., implicit mental health, and an explicit component, i.e., explicit mental health.(4) The model of SWB predicting mental health is that:significant correlation was found between explicit SWB and explicit mental health, there was significant correlation between implicit SWB and implicit mental health.
