Along with our country nearly ten years the expansion of higher education, the graduates’difficult problem also plays year by year, every year millions of college graduates into armyjob market, the supply of talent in a certain extent have more than the social it can absorbability. Faced with the severe employment situation, over-education in recent years also causeextensive attention of the whole society, and the new generation is the main over-educationstaff group, over-education will influence not only the individual’s physical and mental health,will be in the different extent affect employee work devotion, then affects the overallperformance of the organization. Especially with more and more new generation employeesinto the enterprise, and gradually become the backbone of the enterprise, the new generationof over-education staff issues to get enough attention.The authors choose Beijing, Dalian, Harbin three cities of447new generation employeesas the participation, through the questionnaire survey method, the new generation ofover-education, employees perceived organizational support, work into the investigationresearch, and use the analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis andstructural equation model method examines the over-education, new generation employeesperceived organizational support, work into different demographic variable differences,analyzes the new generation staff education, excessive perceived organizational support andwork into relationship, and to explore the perceived organizational support in over educationin perceived organizational support and work the mediating role of between investment. Hopethis research data, and the objective description and analysis, we can provide for related fieldsolutions of the problems and the practical reference. The results show:(1) The new generation of workers at present over-education at secondary level, andperceived organizational support in the medium is on the high side level, work in high level inmedium.(2) The over-education of new generation staff, perceived organizational support andwork engagement part of demography variable of the differences.(3) The new generation employees over-education and perceived organizational supportis negatively correlated.(4) The staff of new generation employees’ over-education and job engagement is negatively correlated.(5) The new generation employees perceived organizational support and workengagement existence are related.(6) The new generation employees’ over-education, perceived organizational support andjob involvement of the relationship between the part played intermediary function.Finally, according to the results of this study, not only enrich the relative exploitationtheory and social exchange theory, education of college students in pay attention toprofessional career counseling curriculum establishment, people-job matching and enterpriseto increase staff and perceived organizational support and puts forward practical constructiveopinions, and the problems existing in the research and development direction of futureresearch are discussed.
