In this study,the questionnaire was used to study the impact of workplace bullying on work engagement,as well as the mediating role of organizational commitment,perceived organizational support and Conscientiousness.In the course of their investigation,a total of 2000 questionnaires were issued,and 1857 questionnaires were collected,and the recovery rate was 95.85%.By constructing the correlation model between the variables and the correlation analysis,the results show that:(1)Workplace bullying could positively predict work engagement.(2)organizational support mediated the relationship between workplace bullying and work engagement.(3)perceived organizational support have the moderating effect on workplace bullying and work engagement.(4)Conscientiousness have the moderating effect on workplace bullying and work engagement.(5)The mediated moderation model of organizational support and conscientiousness is established.
