| Visual communication design is developing with the society at the same speed,for they affect and promote each other. As the aesthetic demands of people have beenhigher and higher, visual communication design has advanced from thetwo-dimension to the multi-dimension. And the understanding of the space alsochanged which tended to the mentality. Accordingly, the form of space graduallyshows its variety. In this essay, according to the principle proposed by Sperber&Wilson, visual communication design is categorized into tacit space and explicit space.Inspired by Polany’s elaboration of tacit space, the author tries to identify the tacitspace in the visual communication design, and through with the author analyzes theapplication of the tacit space in the visual communication design. Then the tendencyof the tacit space is discussed to create much richer visual effects as well as thecontents. |
