The Subjectivity Theory of Marxist philosophy is Marx’s Praxis-Human Theory, which considers human as the active subject and reflects modern cultural spirit. Marxist philosophy has consistency with Western philosophy on the aspects of historical development process and returning world life. The Subjectivity Theory of Marxist philosophy is based on practice and regards Practical Philosophy as a kind of philosophical thinking. In this theory, practice is interpreted as the Category of Ontology, that is to say, practice is the foundation of realistic world naissance and variation. Marx studied the subjectivity problem with historic and generative mode of thinking. From the subjectivity theory, we know that the critique and reflection of subjectivity should orientate its historic limitations properly, remedy it to some extent, and cannot go to extremes. The way out of the current human predicament is to construct the real human subjectivity, not to digest and deny the human subjectivity. This is the revelation of subjectivity theory of Marxist to our present time.The first part of paragraph analyzed the logic generation of Marx’s Subjectivity from four aspects. On the first aspect, the paper analyzed Marx’s philosophy in the period of the "Rheinische Zeitung". On the second aspect, the human thought during the period of German-French Almanac was elucidated deeply. On the third aspect, the development of Marx’s philosophical thinking in the Marx’s "Manuscript" was studied and a conclusion was given about Marx’s "Morphology" that the subjectivity theory of Marxist philosophy embodied a thinking mode of critiquing the alienation of civil society. Then, the content of the subjectivity theory of Marxist philosophy was interpreted. The second part of paragraph investigated that Marx’s Subjectivity is a mode of thinking from three aspects. On the first aspect, this paper presented a deep analysis of the historic and generative characteristics about the mode of Marx’s philosophical thinking. On the second aspect, the comprehension for the Marx’s historic generation concept was further studied. On the third aspect, Marxist historical generate realistic way of thinking was studied. Finally, the paper interpreted contemporary enlightenment of the subjectivity thoughts of Marxist.
