in this research,718high school students in Sichuan province had been investigated with questionnaire for high school students’learning Burnout, adolescent academic self and achievement motivation. The target of this study is to understand the present characteristics of learning burnout, adolescent academic self and achievement motivation about high school students; to explore the effect of different background variables on learning Burnout, adolescent academic self and achievement motivation; to analysis the effect mechanism of academic self and achievement motivation on learning burnout; to establish their interaction model. The conclusions are as follows:(1) There is a certain learning burnout existed among high school students, but not serious. In general, the scores of learning Burnout on different gender is not significant different; on different living place, Class cadre or not, different grade is significant different.(2) The total scores of high school students’Academic self is above the average, which shows that the development of the high school students’Academic self is well. In general, high school students’Academic self is is not significant different on different gender and grade, it is significant different on different living place, Class cadre or not. (3) High school students’ achievement motivation is in the middle level, which shows a normal distribution. The motivation of pursue success is stronger than the motivation of avoid lose. High school students’ achievement motivation is significant different on different gender, Class cadre or not, grade, which is not significant different on the living place.(4) There is distinct significant negative correlation between high school students’ Academic self learning burnout, Academic self and their dimensionality take negative effect on learning burnout and their dimensionality. The more positive of high school students’ academic self, the lower their learning burnout is, of which the vice versa is the same.(5)There is distinct significant negative correlation between high school students’ achievement motivation and learning burnout, achievement motivation and their dimensionality take negative effect on learning burnout and their dimensionality. The higher high school students’achievement motivation is, the stronger they pursue success than avoid lose, the lower their learning burnout is.(6)There is distinct significant positive correlation between high school studen ts’ academic self and achievement motivation, achievement motivation plays an obv ious forecast role for academic self.Thehigher high school students’ academic self is, the higher theirmotivationof pursue success, the higher their achie vement motivation.(7)Academic self and achievement motivation have extremely significant correlation with their learning burnout, achievement motivation plays meditation effect between academic self and learning burnout. The more positive high school students’ academic self is, the stronger they pursue success than avoid lose, and the higher their achievement motivation is, though in heavy learning bear, their feeling of learning burnout is lower.
