| The existing of the Split Word is a rather particular language phenomenon inmodern Chinese. It is special in internal morphemes which can be split and becomposed. The internal morphemes of a word are closely linked when they arecomposed, expressing the complete meaning of the word. Some special ingredientscan be inserted among internal morphemes when they are split. The linguisticphenomenon composed of lexical and syntax often confuse foreign students of avariety of Chinese learning stage, resulting in big mistakes in specific use process.This paper started the words of background, significance and research purpose ofthe selected topic. Secondly, it reviewed the predecessors’ researches, including theprogress of the researches of the Split Words themselves and practice of TeachingChinese as a Foreign Language(TCFL). Thirdly, it got the details of the Split Words’learning of foreign students through the analysis of the questionnaires, summarizedseveral strong regular and representative classes of errors and found the various kindsof objective and subjective reasons. Finally, it put forward some strategies andsuggestions of the words’ foreign teaching practice form some ways, such asstrengthening of the ontological study of the Split Words, paying attention to words’teaching, improving the contents of the Split Words in the teaching materials and thedictionary of words, and introducing diverse and effective teaching methods, strive tohave a definite object in view, and hope to be able to effectively improve acquisitionability and level of use of the foreign students’ learning on the Split Words, at thesame time, plays a certain reference role on the ontology research of the Split Wordsand the study of the Split Words’teaching in the Teaching Chinese as a ForeignLanguage. |
