Only in this way can we really grasp the the essenceof study, can also make our own research appears plump flesh and blood. Therefore,this article analyse from the point of the aesthetic but it is not limited to the analysis ofthe aesthetic.We placed it in Xiangxi Nuo sacrifice ritual and the background of theNuoXi, multi-level perspectives and thinking, to expand our research field of vision,enrich our research contents, dig our research depth.Therefore, the first chapter of this paper mainly discusses the relationship betweenXiangxi Nuo culture and Nuo mask, this paper discusses the history of Xiangxi Nuomask changes and production experience and spread out a relatively broad culturebackground for this article aesthetic research. In the second chapter, the concentratedexploration xiangxi Nuo mask as a kind of aesthetic object that contains aestheticfactors: the original factors, realistic factors and symbolic factors. Then we discussvarious performance methods from the Angle of the creative method of xiangxi nuomask. Here, we devide the creating method of xiangxi Nuo mask into imitation andtranscendence, inductive exaggeration and distortion, stylized and so on three aspects.In the last chapter, we focus on exploring the Xiangxi Nuo mask aesthetic style. We willsummary its aesthetic style from three aspects as humor, terror and elegant.We alsodiscuss the above three style respectively in the form of performance, social functionand the cultural content.In conclusion, we think Xiangxi Nuo mask is not only the the carrier of XiangxiNuo culture of the concept, but also the inheritance of aesthetic consciousness of thepeople there.It contains the original mysterious culture consciousness accumulation ofthe people there, shows the concept of the social life there and represents the uniqueaesthetic pursuit of Xiangxi people.
