In the United States,Positive psychology is a new research trend risepsychology in twenty century,it focuses attention on the positive aspects of humannature, create the modern psychology research the new trend, new vision and newfield, become the psychology research new and highly of social lifeenergy.Resilience as positive psychological quality of the core concept of theindividual attention is in high-risk environment and major setback to appear in thegood phenomenon, its research results of the individual to improve the compressiveability and psychological health level all have realistic significance.Adopted the Adolescent Resilience Scale, Attributional Style Questionnaire andStress Distress Scale, this research surveyed768Senior Students in High School infive schools from three cities of Yiyang, Anhua and Liuyang in order to explore thefollowing issues:(1) the senior high school students’ peculiarity of resilience, and therelationship among resilience, attributional style and stress distress;(2) set up therelational model that consists of resilience, attributional style and stress distress;(3) by the information from questionnaire and the result from data analysis,givesome corresponding educational reform initiatives.The results of the study show that:(1) The majority (85.2%) senior high school students’ resilience above theaverage level, but still14.8%of the students’ resilience level is too low.(2) There are significant differences in senior high school students’ resiliencelevel between different gender, and also between only-child and non-only-child. Thescores of Resilience Scale of females are higher than males.(3) The positive attribution and attribution style positively correlates withResilience, negative attribution negatively correlates with Resilience.Furtherregression analysis showed that Resilience positively predicts attribution style.(4) Resilience negatively correlates with stress distress. Further regressionanalysis showed that stress distress negatively predicts Resilience.(5) The positive attribution and attribution style negatively correlates with stress distress, negative attribution positively correlates with stress distress.Further regression analysis showed that stress distress negatively predicts attributionstyle.(6) Resilience plays an intermediary role between attribution style and stressdistress.(7)According to the results of data analysis, this study proposed thecorresponding educational suggestion by improve the resilience level, adjust theattribution type and ameliorate the stress distress situation in order to providevaluable information for educators.Thus, the relationship between senior high school students’ resilience,attribution style and stress distress is much closed. attribution style can not onlyimpact on stress distress, but also impact on stress distress by resilienceindirectly.Educators can use the relations among three factors to carry out theeffective educational measures.
