With the development of the society and the changes of time, now thehigh school students are facing more stress from different aspect such as graduation,relationship management and environment. But when people are studying the pressureof high school students, one attribute developed from the stress is often ignored, whichis called resilience attribute that the student used to adjust their psychological health bythemselves. This research is to study the relationship between stress, resilience andanxiety for high school students.This research conducted the group test on514high school students by using thequestionnaire of stress of senior high school student, Resilience Scale, Self-RatingAnxiety Scale, mainly focusing on the result on level of stress, resilience and anxiety. Italso studies the relationship, especially the regression relationship between those threeelements. In the ending part, the research draw the model that takes resilience and itsseveral dimensions as intermediate a variable.The result of the test and research leads to the following conclusion that therelationship between stress, resilience and anxiety on high school students issubstantially different as demographical variables. Stress and anxiety are positivelyrelated to each other on high school students; resilience and anxiety are negativelyrelated. Resilience and stress can be used to forecast the level of anxiety. Resilience isthe intermediate variable between pressure and anxiety.
