As an important theorists of poetry in the beginning of Ming Dynasty, Gao Bing who chose Tang shi pin hui and Tang shi zheng sheng had a significant impact on poem-writing and study about the Tang poems. Gao Bing had scientific and systematic exposition of the Tang poetry in the form of selected works. So, he is an important part of Chinese poetics which can not be ignored.The poetics theory of Gao Bing was closely related to the worship of the Tang Dynasty in Political and literary. Gao Bing as one of the group of Middle-Fuji an poets was influenced by their poems. So, Gao Bing formed the poetics of learning Tang poems, especial the Middle Tang poems.Poetics theory of Tang has been a lot of development by the study and summary of Gao Bing.Firstly, Gao Bing has built up his huge and systematic Tang Poetics system in the form of deviding Tang poetry to four periods. Secondly, Gao Bing has built up the history of poems’system, style, temperament, which were researched with the Changes of the times. Gao Bing thought that there were different poems at different times. In Ming dynasty,poets should learn Tang poems. Thirdly, Gao Bing chosen Tang shi pin hui through selection standards which center was the temperament of heyday of Tang poems. And, it has an unique structure. As well as, Gao Bing arranged the location of Li Bai and Du Fu skillfully. These Promoted the development of the anthology of Tang poems.As a person of beginning of Ming Dynasty, Gao Bing has a significant impact on Ming Dynasty, who began the style theory of the Ming Dynasty. More importantly, in the entire history of literature, Tang shi pin hui and Tang shi zheng sheng became the model of writing poems and choosing poems latetr.
