This paper has a comparative study on grammar, cultural factor, text,vocabulary and exercises of six Business Chinese Textbooks forForeigners. During the process of research, the author has found only fourtextbooks have separate grammar parts and only two have separatecultural factor parts. Since this two parts only appear in some textbooks,so this paper doesn’t have a discussion on them in detail. For the text part,it has a comparative study on the basic framework of every lesson, thelayout of text, the interaction roles and business theme. For thevocabulary part, it has a comparative study on the control of vocabularyquantity, the ranks and distribution of vocabulary, vocabulary selectingrate of business proprietary vocabulary and the layout of vocabulary. Forthe exercises part, it has a comparative study on the distribution, quantityand the patterns of exercises. According to a series of data and theresearch, the author has a certain degree of understanding of BusinessChinese Textbooks for Foreigners of primary stage and presents somesuggestions for writing these textbooks. In the end, the author presentsthe shortcomings of this paper.
