The Ecological Value Of Technology&Its Realization

This paper analyzes the ecological value of technology, discusses from thebackground of resources&environmental crisis, thinks about the challenge ofresources&environmental problem to technology, can technology solve theproblems of resources and environmental? Paper analysis technology pessimism、optimism and skepticism three different points of view, people have so many differentattitudes to this problem, so it is the time to study the value of technology. Based onit, paper points out technology has its ecological value.This article, from the two aspects of logic and history as an investigation.Starting from the analysis of logic, this paper analyzes the value, the value oftechnology, technology’s economic value, cultural value, political value andecological value,at the same time studies their relationships. Discusses the concept&characteristics of technical ecological value. At last from the point of view of history,this paper analyzes the technology’s ecological value of primitive society, agriculturesociety&modern industrial society.The paper expounds the connotation of the two type society and its theoreticalbasis, the construction of two type society is the crystallization of the idea ofsustainable development thought in the new period. From technical ecological valueof the realization is the guarantee of two type society environment friendlydevelopment, is the objective request of saving the resources, it will promotesustainable economic and social development. From these three aspects analyzes theconstruction in two type society to realize the technology ecological value ofthe necessity."Two type society" is one of the ways of the construction of therefactoring values. From contentto the humanistic values; From a single technology values to comprehensive technical values; From the short-sighted technical value to the continuing technicalvalue.Finally, from four aspects such as: policy, the legal system,technology and ideas paper discusses the ways how to realize the technologyecological value in the two type society background. Live in technology development, the constructionof two type society, the realization of the ecological civilization, must be in thecorrect ecological value orientation of the ecological value to realize the technology,human beings to dissolve the resource environmental crisis, realize common humanwelfare.
