Since last two decades China got a good deal of way in industry and technology. Now its one of the best power in the world. With it’s great development,China started to have a huge international trade in all of the world. Because of this, many foreigners started to learn chinese. Turkey and China has a commercial relationship. Besides this, China and Turkey are meeting in the past. All these conditions make it necessary to learn Chinese.Right now in Turkey a lot of people are learning chinese. Not only state universties,but also private universties are teaching chinese now. This two languages has different sentence structures. While Turkish structure is like SOV, chinese structure is like SVO.So in this thesis I explained the differences between Turkish and Chinese language.Here in this work we are going to see sentence structures, adjectives, adverbs, nouns, question sentences, compuond tenses, conditional clauses, imperative moods, etc..There is no compound tenses in Chinese, here in this thesis I tried to explained it clearly and put some samples to be able to understand easily.A good way to learn a language is to understand that languages mentality.So that’s why I especially worked on grammatical differences between Chinese and Turkish.By that, we are going to be able to understand this two languages mentality, so it is going to be more easy to study and learn.
