The relations among Monfucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are animportant issue in academe. How can three religions enhance mutualunderstanding and common development through exclusion and integrationhas always being the focus of scholars’ interest. Zhengyi is one of the twoexisting Taoist sect in China. In the Early Years of the Ming Dynasty, thisgroup had made great progress and became Taoist representative at that time.Then, what’s his points in holding Buddha and the Tao thought, what’s theperception on the subjects of negotiation between both religions by historyand what are the influences on itself, all of questions deserve we go deepinto of research.By the further development of reform opening, Religious affairs havedeveloped vigorously and religious people have increased rapidly.Nowadays, all religious organizations have developed from independent tointeraction. At this stage, How to deal with the relationship between all sortsof religion and how to deal with conflicts among them have became anurgent and realistic problem.This paper consists of four sections, which begin with stating thebackground, significance, and summarizes research work on relationsbetween Buddhism and Taoism in China and abroad. The second partfocuses on the faction of Zhengyi’s Prospects in the Early Years of the MingDynasty, also on the relationship between Buddhism and Daoism. The partthree will study on above relations affecting developing of the Zhengyi andits commandments. The last part tends to focus on influence and thesignificance about dealing with religious relation.
