He believes that the social division of labor is not only associated with thesocial productive forces closely, but also with the social interaction. Both the socialproductive forces and the social division of labor determine the nature of the relations ofproduction together. All the formation of social relations depends on the development ofthe social division of labor. Marx analyzes these internal relations of the social relations,which makes him try to foresee the future of human development.In the third part, it discourses the dialectical relationship between the social divisionof labor and human development. The condition of the social division of labor is arealistic reflection of the human nature, on the one hand, it shows the level ofproductivity in the social production; on the other hand, it is thought as the ensemble ofsocial relations. Therefore, the development of the social division of labor is bound toimprove the efficiency of social production and expand the social interaction. However,the one-sided social division of labor leads to the human dissimilative development,which requires that we must destroy the old division of labor, and promote the further human development.In the fourth part, it uses the principle of the dialectical relationship between thesocial division of labor and human development to analyze the impacts of on thecontemporary social development. Generally the social division of labor in the primarystage of socialism is cooperative nature, To some extent which is conducive to the humandevelopment, but because of the diversity of the level of productivity, it not only hasthe narrow regional social division of labor,but also has developed world social divisionof labor coexist. Meanwhile the former is quite limited for the human development. Onlyby taking the Marxism theory of labor division as a guide, developing the productiveforces and promoting the development of the labor division on the basis of thecoexistence of various productivity, recognizing social reality and making efforts for thesocial reform, then the human beings and the society could obtain harmonious progressand common development.
