| Judgments of learning(JOLs) are assessments that people make about how well they learned particular information. Judgments of learning is a kind of metamemory monitoring, it play a very important role in the individual’s learning, the individual will be based on it to determine the allocation of resources in the future studies. JOLs’indicators are magnitude and accuracy of JOLs. The magnitude refers to the prediction about the future test performance on recently. The accuracy refers to the consistency between JOL magnitude and test performance. In recent years,the study on the impact of individual’s personality to the JOL bring scholars’ attention.The study used the emotional and character as the two factors of personality to study the impact of personality to the JOLThe study explored the Chinese characters as the experimental mateirials, and choosed the classic research paradigm(learning-judgment-recall),to study the impact of undergraduate’s personality to the JOL.The study is based on the JOLs’occurrence time are divided into two experiments.Each experiment is divided into two types JOLs,because of the different JOLs’tasks,that are item-by-item JOLs and aggregate JOLs. Experiment one, immediate JOLs,individule make the item-by-item JOLs and aggregate JOLs in this experiment. Experiment two, delayed JOL,individule make the item-by-item JOLs and aggregate JOLs in this experiment.The study conclusions showed that:1. There was significant difference between emotional stability and emotional instability, and the accuracy of JOL in the group of emotional stability is higher than the group of emotional instability2. There was no significant difference between introversion and extroversion in the accuracy of JOL3. There is aggregate effect, that is the aggregate JOL’s magnitude is lower than the item-by-item JOL’s, and the aggregate JOL’s accuracy is higher than the item-by-item JOL’s4.There is delayed effect, that is the delayed JOL’s accuracy is higher than the immediate JOL’s... |
