With the advent of the information age, the Information Technology represented by computer and internet is used in each educational field, Information Technology has already become an essential part of college classroom, we can use Information Technology to renew the teaching method, and we can use Information Technology to promote the interaction between teacher and student. The classroom interaction supported by Information Technology breaks limited of unable to get iconicity and intuitive in traditional teaching, organically combining text, graphics, video, flash, and sound, etc, so it also changes the teacher and student’s interactive behavior in classroom. This essay will take college English classroom for example, exploring how the classroom interact was doing under the Information Technology supporting, and analyzing the problems of dong classroom interaction and related factors of affecting college English teaching interactive behavior, for teacher to use as reference during English teaching.The essay firstly sort related literatures at home and abroad, exploring research status about college English classroom interaction under the current Information Technology environment, and then, I will record the teacher and student’s behavior in listening, speaking, reading, writing four English class according S-T interaction analysis method and ITIAS, and supplementing Questionnaire survey to analyze status of college English classroom interaction. The research result show that:there are four factors will affect the mode of college English interaction, individual factors, content factors, relationship factors and technology factors;(1) Individual factors includes teacher individual and student individual, teacher’s lacking of advanced educational idea and information literacy lead classroom interaction is not actively directly, whereas student’s classroom interaction is affected by their characters and study attitude;(2) The different teaching content also will affect teacher choosing different classroom interaction’s mode, because different kinds of English class need different language materials and output opportunity:(3)The relationship between teacher and student and the relationship between classmates are good or not will decide the quality and number of classroom interaction;(4) Classroom interaction is based on certain condition, teacher will design some different teaching activities according to different informational equipment.In view of the above research, this essay put forward four suggests for optimizing the mode of college English classroom interaction under information technology support:(1) Changing teachers’educational idea and attitude timely, improve teacher’s education literacy, so they can use the technology to strengthen the student’s main place;(2) If we want to arrange information technology and college English class reasonable, using the right, image and vivid information resource and technology according teaching content;(3) Construct multidimensional interaction mode of college English classroom, integrating traits of "tuitional","dialogical""practice type","mixed" with others to teaching.
