Cognitive ability action of pupils play an important role in psychological quality growthas a part of psychological quality growth healthily.It is important task for educators that lay asolid foundation of pupils’ cognitive ability during of theirs rapid changing period.In order tomake pupils to learn keep-fit skills in physical education, cognitive ability of action must beexplored.We have designed test scheme to promote psychological quality growth effectively.We have found out internal relation characteristics of each link in cognitive ability of actionby testing learning times of cognitive ability of action to120pupils in Changchun city. Wehave explored the individual differences in different grades pupils through graphicalrepresentation.Finding out internal mechanismin,quiry of pupilscognitive caracteristics, investigatingthe influence of action study used cognitive ability of processing have certain significance toimplement teaching method in physical education class.Cognitive ability of action play an important role in psychological growth of pupils as abasic psychological process. From testing cognitive ability of action and analysising dateswith significant, we can draw some conclusions that:1. Significant differences of same grades have been found in male and female students ofgrade four and male and female students of grade five.2. Significant differences of scheduling action cognitive ability have been found inbetween grade two and grade four.3. The learning times of cognitive ability of action are less than correct cognitive abilityof action and scheduling action cognitive ability in all grades.
