This study tends to evaluate and observe the effect of Orff Music therapy, which was designed by myself, on Henan Rural left-behind Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders, so as to discuss the validity of improving the life quality of the Rural Left-behind children with anxiety-related emotional disorders and provide a new method and practice basis for the treatment of these children.With24Rural left-behind Children with Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders who come from rural areas of Henan Province as sample, we divided them into experiment group and control group. We used Orff musical instruments that made by the Rural left-behind Children and Orff Music therapy as the intervention for the experiment group, twice a week and about45minutes every time,20times in all; whereas, there is no treatment for another group. Before the treatment and after the treatment, we evaluated experiment group and control group with questionnaire of SCARED and ISLQ, comparing the difference of anxiety and life quality of children in two groups and estimating the effect of Orff Music Therapy on Rural Left-behind Children.The main results are showed as follows:(1) Orff music therapy could significantly improve the anxiety related emotional disorders of rural left-behind children.(2) Orff music therapy could significantly improve the left-behind children’s subjective life quality.In conclusion, Orff music therapy can be considered as an approach of the treatment on children with anxiety-related emotional disorders, since it can improve the anxiety emotion. The improvement is possibly due to the reasonable design of Orff music activities. Therefore, Orff music therapy can be used as a treatment for children with anxiety-related emotional disorders. |
