Zero deviation theory is a new theory in modern rhetoric, which forms in this century. Itsappearance provides a new theoretical view for studying rhetoric text. Application of zerodeviation theory to research micro-blog rhetoric includes: from the aspect of phonetic rhetoricof micro-blog, the micro-blog applies harmonics, forley and rhyme; from the aspect ofvocabulary rhetoric, in micro-blog, rhetoric mainly reflects the transform of words and wordmeaning and highlight of words; from the aspect of grammar rhetoric, the flexible usage ofword classification, the selection of sentence pattern and better usage of sentences are allcommon grammar rhetorical ways; from the aspect of semantic rhetoric of micro-blog, thesemantic rhetorical usually reflects on the transition of semantic, distortion of semantic, ironyof semantic and so on. So the fragment language in the micro-blog exists rhetoric effect, andthere doesn’t exist language without rhetorical effect. Only differentiates in the rhetoricaleffect oblivious or not. The oblivious rhetorical effect is defined as big deviation and notoblivious rhetorical effect as moderate deviation. What’s more, the big deviation of rhetoricaleffect can be divided into positive deviation and negative deviation. Positive deviation refersto that positive and decent language which brings the general public in right guidance. While,negative deviation refers to the negative and indecent language, which leads wrong opinionsto the general public. To those who pursue positive blog language, they can offer life with apositive, good and beautiful manner and sense the tremendous force brought by micro-blog ina joyful reading atmosphere.
